                  Field ထဲမှာ အခြေခံတွေ နားလည်အောင် နှစ်တချို့လုပ်ပြီး ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာကို ပြောင်းသင့်ပါတယ် ဥပမာ Fiber Network Planning တို့ နဲ့ Fiber network construction Project ပိုင်းတွေကိုပေါ့။ ၎င်းအပိုင်းကို ပြောင်းရင်တော့ အရင်ဆုံး Drawing ကြည့်တတ်ရမယ်၊ Google earth ၊ Visio ၊ Microsoft Office တို့သုံးတတ်ကြမယ်။ ထို့အတူ Auto CAD လဲ သုံးတတ်မှ အဆင်ပြေမှာပါ။ အရေးကြီးဆုံးအချက်က ပြောတတ်၊ ဆိုတတ်၊ ပေါင်းသင်းတတ်ရမယ် လူကြီးနဲ့ နီးတော့ အစစ အရာရာ ပြောဆို ဆင်ချင်ရမယ်လေ။ ဖားတာ နဲ့ ပေါင်းသင်းတတ်တာက အများကြီးကွာပါတယ်။
                ဒီလို အရည်အချင်းတွေ သင့်မှာ ပြည့်စုံသွားရင် ရုံးမှာ နေရာ တစ်ခုရပြီး လစာလဲ Field Engineer လုပ်တုန်းက ထက်ကို ပိုပြီး ရကြလိမ့်မယ်။ မရရင်တော့လဲ ငိုပြပေါ့ တတ်နိုင်ဘူး ဆော် အမ်းဖို့အတွက် ပိုက်ဆံ လိုတယ်လေးနော့်။
                   Fiber network Planning လုပ်တဲ့အခါကြရင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အများစု နီပါးက Google earth software ကို အသုံးပြုကြတယ်။ အသုံးပြုတာ လွယ်၍တကြောင်း၊ Free ရလို့တကြောင်းပေါ့။ ၎င်း software ထဲမှာ Line တွေကို Fiber route အနေနဲ့ ဆွဲတာပေါ့။ DN, SN တွေကို point လေးတွေချပြီး ဆွဲကြပါတယ်။ Icon ပုံစံတွေ အမျိုးမျိုးရှိတော့။ DN ဆိုရင် တမျိုး၊ SN ဆိုရင် တဖုံ ပေါ့။ Fiber cable တွေကို လဲ color code ဆွဲကြတယ်။ Color code တွေက တော့ သတ်မှတ်ချက် မရှိပါဘူး Company တစ်ခု ကို တစ်မျိုး သုံးကြတယ်။ တချို့က Fiber color code အတိုင်း Google earth မှာ ဆွဲတဲ့ အခါ အရောင်တွေသုံးကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ Post တစ်ခုမှာ Fiber ရဲ့ 12 color code ကို ရှင်းပြပြီးသားပါ၊ မဖာတ်ရသေးရင်၊ မသိသေးရင်တော့ ကဲဆရာ မနှေးစွာနဲ့ ပြေးတာဖတ်ပြီး ဒီ Post ဆီကို ပြန်လာပေါ့။ Color code ရဲ့ အစဉ်အတိုင်း အပြာ အရောင် ကို 12 core fiber အနေဖြင်ဆွဲတယ်၊ လိမ်မော် ကို 24 core၊ စိမ်းကို 48 core ပေါ့ စသဖြင့် ဆွဲကြတယ်။ တချို့ Company တွေက GIS ဆိုတဲ့ Software ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ဆွဲကြတယ်။ Google earth မှာ ဆွဲရခက်တဲ့ ဟာ GIS မှာဆွဲပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတွင်ကျယ်အောင် လုပ်ကြပါတယ်
                  ကဲ fiber တွေ၊ DN, SN တွေတော့ ဆွဲပြီးပြီ fiber core splicing လုပ်ထားတဲ့ Data ကို ဘယ်လိုမှတ်ကြမလဲပေါ့။ FTTH network တစ်ခုကို Design ဆွဲတဲ့ အခါ အဓိက ဖြစ်တဲ့ Core Plan ကို လွယ်ကူအောင် Design ဆွဲကြတယ်။ ဒါမှ Maintenance လုပ်တဲ့အခါ Splitter တွေ ထပ်တိုးတဲ့အခါ၊ လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ တိုးလို့ရတယ်ပေါ့။ ဒါကြောင့်ဘဲ Document မလုပ်ဘဲ စိတ်ထဲမှာ မှတ်ပြီး ကိုင်ကြတာ။ Company ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး အသုံးပြတဲ့ Software ကွဲပါတယ်။ Visio software သုံးပြီးဆွဲနိုင်သလို၊ Excel မှာလဲ Line တွေဆွဲပြီးသုံးကြတယ်၊ Auto CAD သုံးပြီးဆွဲရင်လဲ ပြေတာဘဲ မိမိအားသန်ရာပေါ့ဗျာ။ ခင်ဗျားတို့က ပြောလိမ့်မယ် အကိုရေ ကျွန်တော် အားသန်တာက *** ဆိုရင်တော့ မရဘူးပေါ့ဗျာ။ ဆွဲတာကတော့ Fiber core color code အတိုင်းဆွဲမယ် ပြီးရင် Splicing လုပ်တဲ့ အတိုင်းသေချာဆွဲပြီး Project ကို report တင်ပေါ့။ ခင်ဗျားတို့ဆီလဲ Core plan တွေ ကို အဲဒီ software တွေနဲ့ ဆွဲပြီး Data တွေ ကို ပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။ မပေးရင်တော့ သူလဲ စိတ်မှန်း ကိုယ်လဲစိတ်မှန်း၊ မတတ်နိုင်ဘူး မှန်းမုတ်ကြတာပေါ့။ အမုတ်လွန်ပြီး လွင့်ထွက်သွားအုံးမယ် သတိထားကြအုံး။
                      Fiber network တည်ဆောက်တဲ့အခါ ကြရင် အရေးကြီးဆုံးက Labeling ဘဲ။ Labeling မကပ်ထားရင် ဘာနဲ့တူသလဲ ဆိုတော့ ကောက်ရိုးပုံထဲ အပ်ပျောက်ရှာသလိုဘဲ။ တံဆိပ်မကပ်ထားရင်တော့ ဘဲမရှိဆော်၊ ဆော်မရှိတဲ့ဘဲ လိုဘဲ မျက်စောင်းအထိုးခံရနိုင်တယ်။ Label မကပ်ထားလို့ Link မရှိဘူးထင်ပြီ Field Engineer က ဖြတ်လိုက်ရင်၊ ဖြုတ်လိုက်ရင်တော့ သွားတာဘဲ။ ဒါတွေက ကျွန်တော့်ဆရာ ပြောခဲ့တဲ့အတိုင်း နည်းနည်းချန်ပြီး ပြောတာပါ။ တခြားဟာတွေ မှားရင် သိပ်မဆူဘူး Label ကပ်တာလွဲမယ်၊ Label ကပ်ဖို့ မေ့ရင်တော့ ********။
